Why I built Cash Home Hub
Selling a house for cash is one of the biggest financial decisions most homeowners make, and the information online is hard to trust: many “review” sites are owned by the buyers they rate. I built Cash Home Hub to publish plain-English guides and company reviews that are not paid for by the companies they cover.
How I research
- I read each company’s own terms, fee disclosures and contracts.
- I check claims against public sources such as HUD, the FTC, the CFPB and the IRS, and link them in each article.
- I update articles when rules or company terms change, and the update date is shown on each page.
What I am not
I am not a real estate agent, attorney, tax professional or financial advisor, and nothing on this site is legal or financial advice. For a decision about a specific property, talk to a licensed professional in your state.
